Finished!... Again!

I've already finished Nancy Drew: Treasure in the Royal Tower two days ago, the next day after I finished uploading all the Message in a Haunted Mansion walkthroughs. I'm actually pretty proud of myself, because the day I started, I also finished on that day, which almost never happens. I was going to put it on YouTube the day I finished it, but couldn't. Then, yesterday, I was planning to edit all of the parts of the game and post it on YouTube all at once. Sadley I couldn't. So today my goal it to finish editing all the parts, and then posting it on YouTube together. So, hopefully I'll have it up by today, around 3:40, or 4 something PM.

Another Message in a Haunted Mansion Update

Sorry, everybody but I have some technical difficulties on Nancy Drew: Message in a Haunted Mansion. I started today, but reviewing the videos, I realized that a tiny bit of the picture was cut off! And I'm a perfectionist, which isn't always a good thing so... tomorrow I'm going to try again. The first time I started recording it turned out perfect! But then that's when I realized that the picture was chopped off. So I got the recorder set up a different way so it captures the WHOLE picture so nothing's cut off, even if it isn't much that was cut off in the first place... Anyway, after I got it perfect I started recording it again, but then being a perfectionist, and playing an old Nancy Drew game, the very beginning will flash up to the main menu, then it'll stop. Sadley as I've said before, I'm a perfectionist so I won't allow any minor glitches, or flashes in my video walkthroughs, sorry! I'm also kind of frustrated that the beginning and the gameplay was perfect the first time of recording, except for the cut-off picture part, but then when I fix that the game decides to start flashing in the beginning! It's like it doesn't want me to do a video walkthrough of this game or something! So now you guys know why its been a while since I've uploaded any of my videos. I'll try again tomorrow, but I have plans, but hopefully I'll make it work.

Message in a Haunted Mansion Update

So I'm kind of mad that I haven't posted anything on my YouTube channel for... 6 days!? Whoa, I've got to upload some video walkthrougs on my channel as soon as possible! Tomorrow, or today I'm going to start Nancy Drew: Message in a Haunted Mansion, tomorrow is the latest that I'm starting it, then I'll upload it to YouTube, and I can assure you, it WILL NOT be like Nancy Drew: Danger on Deception Island again. Danger on Deception Island took me to long to upload it even though I finished it. No it will NOT be like that again!

So for people who have marked their calendars, getting ready to preorder Alibi in Ashes, it seems like you have to wait 2 days longer. To some of you this is a BIG deal, and to the other half of you, it's no big deal. This is what Her Interactive had to say:

Nancy Drew: Alibi in Ashes Official Trailer has been Released!

The Alibi in Ashes official trailer has been released, and I'm going to try and post it on my YouTube Channel today. I was thinking of doing that a few minutes ago, but decided not to because there are only two more parts to Danger On Deception Island to upload, and I thought there's not reason to break the chain if I just need to upload to more, which I'll try to do today. I'm going to try to upload all three by today, so keep your fingers crossed!

Nancy Drew: Danger on Deception Island Game Review

I think Danger on Deception Island was a well thought through game. I had tons of fun playing it, and I think it's an enjoyable game for everybody who likes point-and-click games, and mysteries. If there was one thing I didn't really injoy that much, it would have to be clamming for Jenna. I think that took too long, and was a waste of time going back and forth, from one beach to another. They could have at least let you go clamming in which, you get all the clams you're supposed to get from one beach all at once, and the same thing for the other beach, other than one beach you're supposed to get 4, but instead you only get 2, so you have to travel to the next beach to get more clams, but not all of the clams are there! So then you have to travel beck to the other beach to get the remainig clams, and so on and so on. I liked the overall setting of the game, and the plot.

Okay more information on Nancy Drew: Alibi in Ashes has been released! I think in one of my posts I mention how Bess and George's looks haven't been changed, well it looks like I was wrong. Infomation on the Nancy Drew characters have been released, and they changed Bess and George's looks. My opinion on their new looks is that they should have never changed George's look, but that's there decision so... However I do like Bess's new look, I think it's a good look for her! So here's the character's name and picture:

Brenda Carlton

She's a crime reporter for the Heights Nine News Team.

Deirdre Shannon

An old classmate of Nancy's, and a spoiled rich girl.

Alexei Markovic

He's River Heights' eccentric quasi-recluse and owns a antique shop

Toni Scallari

She's an elected official on the River Heights City Council, and runs a local ice cream parlor.

Ned Nickerson

Ned arranged for the team to participate in the River Heights Clues Challenge, and he's Nancy's boyfriend who's always tries to help her. For people that don't think he will physically appear in the game, go to the website and look at his description!

Bess Marvin

Bess is one of Nancy's best friends and can be a little too excited, but when she finds out that Nancy is in jail, she drops everything to help her.

George Fayne

George is Nancy's other best friend, and is more sensitive than her cousin Bess. She had brain for high-tech gadgery.

Chief McGinnis

Head of the River Heights Police Department, he has a long history with Nancy's detective skills, and sounds like he's trying to help her.

Okay, Her Interactive has released even a little more information on the upcoming game, Nancy Drew: Alibi in Ashes. Her Interactive has a newsletter about it on the Her Interactive website, which you can see here at this link:

From the newsletter we find out that Nancy Drew follows a bad lead, and becomes suspect #1 for the arson in the old River Heights town hall. The preorders start September 26th, and is available in stores on the 18th of October. If you preorder it, It comes with extended stuff!

My "Nancy Drew: Danger on Deception Island" Update

I know I haven't added any new videos of Nancy Drew: Danger on Deception Island recently, but here's what I've got so far. I have already finished filming the whole game, I just need to edit the videos so they're legit to post on YouTube. Also, there will be 8 parts of this video. So now you know I just need to edit the videos, and post it on YouTube, and that I've already finished the game. I would also like to add that after the videos have been posted, I'm going to do a video walkthrough for Nancy Drew: Message in a Haunted Mansion.
